You can't use your 3.71 Official firmware PSP to create the Pandora Battery.

The reason is Official firmware won't let unsigned code to run on the PSP. The application you need to run on the PSP is unsigned.

You will need a PSP that has 1.50 or Custom Firmware already installed to create the Pandora Battery.

After this fails will it let you carry on? If so format MS on PSP or PC and then carry on.

Try using this GUIDE HERE.

It cuts out the PC and it only uses the PSP to create the files you need. It requires running a PSP with CFW 3.XX or higher.

I am newbie to the hacking of the PSP. I have the pandora from a store and I have the pandora files but I know no one with a custom firmware or a 1.50 psp. Can someone upload a link or site (not a torrent) that I can get the msipl.bin file required fot the hack to work. Please I begging for it.
