If I were to fit a Season of a show in decent quality, which disk would I use?

It would really depend on how big the size of the file was you are trying to backup. In any case I use DVD Rebuilder for my episodic backups to keep everything and burn to a single SL disc....usually Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden DVD+R.
