alright listen to this one...my psp will not turn on at all when it is not hooked up to the charger...it will only turn on when the charger is plugged in....When i attempted to charge it it will stop charging as if it was fully charged but wen i try to use it it wont turn on..DO I NEED A NEW BATTERY?
