hi im new to all the downloading psp games and saving it into my memory card,can anyone help me by telling me the software i need to save it to my memory card and how to please

Connect PSP to PC via USB cable and enable the USB in XMB (PSP MENU).

Now drag the files over to the proper folders.

but i heared you had to put the files in iso and have that hook thing and all these stuff

You need custom firmware to run ISO files. ISO's are a backup of a game so that you can play it without having the UMD in the PSP.

First off, what firmware do you currently have and is your PSP a phat or slim?

Go to System Settings then System information and the firmware is under System Software.

Search google 3.40 to 1.50 downgrader on google se this and then upgrade to 3.52 M33-4 and then 3.71 M33. All easily found on google

Once you are on 3.71 M33-2 put the games into your memory stick in ISO or CSO format (Folder: MS0:\ISO\) and run from your MS
