When I try to play an ISO/CSO on my PSP it gives me the error "The game could not be started. (80020321)".
I have 3.03 OE-C
Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance! :D

3.03 oe-c is too old. You probably need a new firmware.
I had the same problem like you, but now I got 3.71 m33 and this never showed up again

Upgrade to 3.52 M33-4 using the guide HERE.
If you want to update to the latest custom firmware 3.71 M33-2 + 1.50 ADD ON-2 go HERE and use this guide (You need to update to 3.52 M33-4 before updating to this firmware).
After you have updated to the custom firmware you want go HERE and follow the steps to get your ISO/CSO files working properly.

Official 3.72? or did you try that new custom firmware 3.72? If its official then you can not play games off of the Memory Stick.

Well, if you want to stay on the 3.03 OE-C then you i believe you should be able to go into recovery mode by holding R during startup. You need to go to advanced configuration and change your kernel to the highest. If this does not work then the game may require a higher firmware.

To get into recovery mode hold R while powering up after a hard power off. Then you just go into configuration to change kernel. I have never had 3.03 OE-C but this is what i have had to do with other firmwares.
