I clicked on backup to start backing up my disc, everything else was done, and no matter what folder I direct my temporary files to, it says:Space Required: 4,463 MB Space Available in Folder: 3, 956 MB.

Is there any way to make it so that I can start this?! I have tried all different folders and even deleting stuff from my hard drive. I hate being a noob. Any advice?

If you're sure you have enough free space on your hard drive (at least 15GB), try ripping the DVD to your hard drive using DVDFab instead, once the files are on your hard drive you can then open the files using shrink and proceed as you normally would.

I got everything downloaded correctly from the disc using DVD Decrypter.

I am just trying to burn a movie that is on both sides of the disc. So I tried using DVD Shrink to make it smaller so that both parts will fit onto one side of one disc. Does the DVD Fab thing do that?

the free program is only able to rip the dvd to the HDD.

any way you should be able to re-author that with shrink.
how much free hard drive space do you HAVE?

you need to delete some useless stuff or pick a different drive.

BTW, how big is you HDD?
