Ok this is my first post so I will try to be as clear as I can be. I softmodded my xbox with the unleashed x dashboard. I would like to put some emulators on. I downloaded sureal64xxx but I was wondering what folder to put it in. I am going to put it on using ftp (flashfxp)The available folders are C,E,X,Y, and Z. I thought that mabye it went under E:, I heard some people talking about putting it in E under emulators but I don't see a folder with that name. Any help would be much appreciated.

Emulators are placed in a folder called "Emulators". Create one on your pc name it "Emulators" and FTP it along with the emulator within it over to the root directory of E. They can also be placed in F and G if you have an upgraded hard drive.

ok forget that for right now. I did what you said and I put the emulator in the E file in it's own folder.then I went to FILES on my xbox then to E then to Emulators and clicked on the emulator I had put on. It then asked me for a language then it went to something called RAR explorer. It says - extract selected files
extract selected files to...
Extract all files
Extract all files to...
which one do I pick?

The roms are placed in the rom folder of the emulator.
Are you extracting the emulator from a dashboard?

Ya that's what it was asking...I take it that's not suppose to happen. After I put the emulator (snes.rar) into the emulator folder that I made in the E drive. I went to the emulator section on my dashboard but ti wasn't there is there something I have to do before I put it on to the xbox.

Extract the contents the emulator on your pc first. Then, FTP the entire folder over to your Emulators folder.

The dashboard only detects default.xbe files, it doesn't detect compressed content. That's why the dashboard is not finding it.

The contents must be inside one folder within the Emulators folder, if its in another folder within the same folder it will not detect it. Are you sure its a xbox emulator or windows-based. check i theres a default.xbe file.

You can't run that emulator on you xbox because it windows base. You can download them individualy if you do a google search.
You can download them all in one package. Do a torrent search. Google "Auto Installer Deluxe 4.10"

After you have downloaded it, record it onto a disc. It loads just like a game but this iso installs the emulator for you.

After you finish downloading AID, extract all the contents. There is a .pdf document that explains thoroughly how the AID works. Once completely extracted there will be a large iso, that?s the iso you will be recording onto disc.

If you don't have a dvd recorder but a CD-R, you will need to edit the contents of the iso. The contents of such iso can?t be viewed because its in xiso format. You will then need to extract the contents using Qwix, delete items that you don?t need until it gets below 700MB. Don?t edit and the delete the files located within the .rar package but the contents you extracted.
How to use Qwix

Limewire lol..dude just search you will find the right channels to get everything you need. If chunkhead hasn't already listed it in a tutorial here then google is your next best friend. Chat channels my friend..chat channels!!
AID is idiot proof...except when you are installing over someone elses crappy softmod. I had one box that totally wiped itself after it froze during a dash installation using AID so if you have an unstable box work those issues out before you start installing.
Note: When you ftp the emulator versus installing it thru an installer...ftp does not reconfigure your box to find these new files. So they may or may not show up. I suggest always going with the tried and true way of installing..that way you minimize the issues and at least find support for similar issues.
The legends started what the next generation will finish.
