I go throught the process of recording the entire CD. It states that the disk is completed but when I go to play it, it tells me I have an unknown file format. I tried it on the computers and on my DVD player and it just can't read the disk. I look at the files on the disk and they all seem to be there. Can you help me out in this issue.
