I have a PSP that was on the Firmware version 2.6 then I downgraded it to version 1.5 (with Lumines's Help). Now I'm trying to play the ISO's that I have on it. But everytime I tried to load the ISO using UMD_Emulator_V0.8C and Fastloader V0.7, the system freezes up and I get nothing but a Black Screen. Can anyone help?

Y, dont u use custom firmware? UMD Emulator and Flast loader is outdated...i think.

Fastloader and UMD_emulator are outdated. These applications won't run most of the newer PSP ISO/CSO games that are coming out. I suggest just as vcbc has suggested installing custom firmware. This will allow you to play ISO/CSO games via Game menu without loading 1 of the above applications to do so.

HERE is a guide to update to 3.52 M33-4 custom firmware.

If you want the latest firmware then HERE is the update for 3.71 M33-2 + 1.50 ADD ON-2 (You need to install 3.52 M33-4 first before installing this firmware)

After you update to the custom firmware you want then go HERE and follow the steps to get your ISO/CSO files working properly.
