My Genuine Memory Stick Wont Work.....

I've had this 4gb memory card for about 2-3 months now, bought off amazon. Been working fine, untill just now i was playing my tekken iso and i pressed home to end the game. When i came onto the XMB it said the memory card could not be read...
Any help would be appreciated :D

connect the memory stick to the computer with a card reader. it might be corrupted and might need a format. hopefully, you have a backup of your game saves if you have to format.

connected to the computer. This is what happens:
1. When connected via psp it comes up as Removable Disk which when i click on says please insert drive here
2. When connected via adapter directly to the computer the memory stick drive on my computer changes from Memory stick to memory stick duo when insterted (the picture changes to two 'memory stick' logos), But when i click on it it says insert memory stick...

btw when in the psp the light blinks all the time, while with other memory sticks it flashes when loading then stops.

Trust me its not fake and i know when its fake because my other memory card is fake.

Once i find the damn reciept i can get a refund off amazon... *now where did i put it*

was it magicgate supported?

try it in the psp again. reinsert it until the lights stop flashing and the memory stick shows in the xmb. if it doesn't stop, then return it for another one.

Yes this one was magicgate supported (checked in memory stick info on psp) and my fake one dosnt so this is how i know its not fake.
OK i'll leave it in there for abit see what happens.
