Hi. Sorry to bother you, but I accidentally did something.

I was editing the wave system_plugin_bg.rco and afterwards, I accidentally formatted flash1...

I don't think anything really happened except all of my temporary stuff was removed such as my internet connection, wallpaper, and date/time...

Is there anything I need to worry about?

flash1 is exactly what you listed; date/time, wallpaper, internet connections. no need to worry. flash0 is the major one. make sure to back it up before doing anything with it.
