i do not have a cfw or hb on my psp. i am running 2.81 and i lost use of my broswer. i will go to network settings and hit x and the little bullseye pops up for one to two seconds. is there some way to fix it or am i hosed. someone please let me know.

why u even using such an old firmware.
Even if you dont want cfw, then get something like 3.71. This will reinstall everything and sort out your browser issue.
