before you could just downgrade your 3.40 OE-A psp to 3.03 OE-C and then just ocntinue from there. this doesnt work on 3.71 M33-2. i just bricked so just saying not to try it unless u have a pandora Like me :D

If you fully brick your psp, can you access the recovery menu and use recovery files to downgrade back to 1.50?

nope its garbage unless u can unbrick it. no recovery menu, nothing.
