hi i am new to all of this.. and any links or "helpful" advice would be apprieciated... my friend has a psp and are on the cfw 3.03OE a.... can anybody tell me what umd loader she would have to use... and how she could get it ?... thanks :D

she have to format the memory stick
connect the psp to your computer theres an iso folder in the root
put in your iso/cso`s
you don`t need an emulator on oe firmwares emulator`s like devhook are for 1.5 original firmware
