need help upgrading from 2.81 to 3.50

I have 2.81 right now and i need to upgrade to 3.50 so i can downgrade with lumines. I have the 3.50 update on my computer now what do i need to do with that file to make it upgrade my psp like what folder do i put it in on my psp??? and what do i rename it if I rename it. ty to who answeres this

go in to PSP/GAME
now you have to create the UPDATE folder(right mouse button new , new folder :->
put the update eboot.pbp in to the UPDATE folder
go to memory stick , games and start the upgrade process
