Hi Guys great Site. Just bought xbox360 elite premoded I think it is Ixtreme1.2 Ver2 firmware. Hitachi drive. I played a downloaded backup game yesterday no probs but today I tried a different downloaded game and when i put game in drive i am informed a update is needed to continue. I am not connected live but is it safe to update. sideline i ran the iso through xdvd mulleter and everything was fine.

there is no problem with taking a update for a game, i take them all the time, but if you dont play online there is no need in hooking your system to the internet just for a update, you should be able to ignore it and stilll play the game. alot of people dont have high speed internet to take updates but still play any game they want.
