i just bought the swap magic 3 with slide card
as instructed i tried to open the dvd try, but i am unabel to find the screw below the dvd tray. there is no such screw as shown in the black fat ps2 in the manual

mine is silver fat ps2 (not slim silver ps2)

you have any idea how i can open the tray

you have to remove the screws from the tray cover
watch my tutorial on youtube i use cogswap but it`s the
same procedure with swap

the thing is i dont have the screws in my ps2, any how i forcefully opened it and i am able to swap the card now, but the ps2 is not recognizing the swap dvd

what should i do ?

What do you mean there are no screws. You open the tray which will turn the PS2 on, shut if off by the power switch at the back, flip over the PS2 and there should be a big round screw on the right side of the tray if it is facing towards you, remove the screw and don't just pull the front out yet, you have to open up the clips and pull each side.

Once done, your finished.

the thing is mine is silver one and it doesnt have a screw, it has some other mehanism, any way, i broke it ;)
