is there any way to create a wireless connection for the PSP without the router, but with your PC?

like if you have internet for your CPU, but no router, can you like create a connection that it sends wirelessly (PC)? i heard of something called "Xlink Kai"

i think it has something to do with this.

just to tell u that CPU stand for Central processing unit. It dosent mean a computer.

My answer (guess) is no. Dont ask me y. I just have a hunch.
