WTF is going on with my WIFI MAX!!!!

The weirdest thing has happened to my wifi max, i was playing socom and i got booted(as usual)and i try to log back on i get error 2, so i restart my computer and it freezes at the loading screen. So, i unplugged my wifi max and the computer loads up. So i plug it in when my computer desktop is done loading and it causes my computer to freeze, i unplug it again and the computer works normally. So, the wifi max freezes my computer, does anyone know how to fix this?
