PLZ SOMEONE HELP A NOOB about mspformat

I downloades the msp format thing and i put my drive with the psp in it letter and it started and it said "pseudo format is not necessary"what is wrong with the psp or the computer?? what do i need to do??

if u read (pseudo format is not necessary) it's ok
now u put a PSP (folder) and GAME(folder) and pandora's files on memory stick and follow the instructions
