Yeeah Right! Just blame the strike and the postalworkers. My package was sent the 25:th september and the strike started the 4:th of october. No ID, no nothing on the package. It's really easy to blame someone else for the responibility.
What I can read on this forum, is that I am not the only angry customer who has ordered clothing from Phix.
I've sent two mail to Caroline and Adam. Asked about repayment or if they wanna send a new package to me. No answer?
Is this the easiest way to get a contact with Phix. They don't answer my mails but they have the time to check on this forum.

I personally packed your order and took it to the post office. I remember it being sent 25th September.
There has been postage strikes which could delay things. I would like to reassure you that the problems we once had are no longer present and we make sure customers receive their orders as quickly as possible.

Hi, very strange. I wonder what is the Kolli ID or number on the package. Do you send your clothing with DPD, Express Global another consignment. It's easy to check on Internet.
