Here's what happened to the Sexbox 250 (Aka "Xbox 360" I give all my consoles nicknames...) I own.

I've had it just over a month and honestly haven't used it that much, and the longest I've spent playing it was about nine hours straight and that was when I first got it but since then Its only been like half an hour of playing something then getting bored or stuff and switching it off in anger.

But last night I find it sitting there alone in my room making noise while flashing three red lights. The strange thing is I didn't turn it on and no one else uses it... So its either haunted or just hated me so much it switched its self on just to commit suicide.

My question/reason for starting this thread is: What does three flashing red lights mean? (Only one that's not lit up is the top right if that makes a difference.) Has an Xbox 360 just switched its self on to die? And what can I do about it dying?

I plan to take it back to Game today or tomorrow. Right thing to do or what?

u can send it back to microsoft as long as it is not modded. it is called the three rings of death. u can try the game place but i think microsoft is the only way to go, and i hear they are giving u halo 3 for ur troubles, but that is just a rumor...
