I just bought it on ebay and it only came with the drive and a cord that i cant seem to connect to the computer so i am very confused..

I want to know if i need to buy something to hook the drive to my comp or how to even make the drive turn on.

I looked on google and stuff and they keep on showing me how i can acually install it to my Pc physically and I was wonder is that the only way to use it?

and look at the web page and look where it says how to install optical drives and if you still cant understand post another message on the fourm
