If you have a different question, you should really just start a new thread-not edit your original post. Otherwise, things will get confusing...
Ok-now for your recovery file issue...Did you get errors when you tried to unzip the files, or did it show as corrupted data on your psp? Try looking on psp-hacks.com or pspupdates.qj.net for a different one-Or google "1.50 recovery winstaller"
eeeeek .. sad case .. no matter wad i do i cant get it back to 1.50 and update it to 3.52 M33 .. sigh ~ the recovery dun work .. the upgrader to 3.50 folo by 3.50 downgrader to 1.50 from psp-hacks oso dun work.. haha ..

You first need a number 2 pencil, a 2' long peice of 30awg kynar wire, a soldering iron, a hot glue gun, a 1 watt led, and finally some shoe blue polish.
On the pencil, you want to solder the wire to the metal eraser part then wrap the wire around it until you have a coil.
Use the hot glue and paste the other end of the wire down.
Take the 1 watt led, solder it to the end that you just glued down.
Take the shoe polish and cover the eraser.
Now wave the contraption over the psp and BAM, you have 1.50!

i tink i no nid to brick .. i can juz break my psp if i do that =.=" sri ah .. but im a more of a hardware idiot rather then a software 1 .. haha =x sri bout tat
