I have successfully completed the softmad using Krayzie's Mech Assault exploit and I'm running XBMC (T3Ch August 2007 version). And it runs fine.

I'm not sure if there are better versions out there?

and

I need to know how to swap out HDD - I have a 500GB drive to put in.

Help with version specific steps please? And thanks!
