I have just burnt a VCD having used Goldwave for the audio file and TMPEG for the recoding of the file.

When I watch the movie there is a lapse of around a second in the sync between sound and video. Is this due to the fact the the original download was a Screenie? or am I doing something wrong.

Keep up the good avice, I'm learning realy fast thanks to You guys.
