Trouble with ICONS in Outlook Express

I hope I am not being redundant but I was not quite sure which forum to post this question in so you may have seen one other post with this subject in another forum.

I hope someone can shed some light on this. After compressing my outlook express files all the icons of the folders in it have changed to a black womans face?? Can someone explain why this happened and what I need to do to return them to the various icons it use to be.
