So i went to turn on my camera and the lens seems to have gotten stuck. The camera will soon go to a black screen, start flashing and and turn off? I haven't had this camera for that long 6 months or so. Is this a known problem with some NV10's? well any help would be great.
I have had that same problem , and camera is going back for second repair tomorrow. My problem replciated itself in the following way:
I took high res video, and switched to high res images. I took approx 20. After downloading those images and video and emptying disk, lens would not extend, shutter would not open. I sent it to Samsung repair, they fixed it, said I dropped it (I did not) and it worked fine.
Oct 20, almost a month to the day after the original problem, same set of circumstances; 1 miinute video, 20 images, transfered images and video to laptop, deleted files and voila, exactly the same problem. I am waiting for a repair order to come.
