Is it possible to create a magic memory stick using a fat psp which has a original fireware of 3.40. And then put the magic memory stick in the homebrew fat psp and create a pandory battery. Any suggestions appreciated THANK YOU.

no. the official 3.40 psp cannot create a magic memory stick. it's not capable of doing so.

you need to use the custom firmware psp to create pandora's battery and magic memory stick.
