hello guys...

Im a newbie here at afterdawn just discover after surfing the net for hours regarding ps2. I wanted to transfer image/iso games to my hd using my pc.

my question is, how come when i hooked my hd on my ps2 to my pc it didn't detect it? is there any software needed?

hope u can help me asap.

you will need winhiip to transfer games from the computer to the hdd. google for it. the computer cannot detect it due to the format of the hdd.

on the ps2 hdd, the jumper needs to be set as slave before connecting to the computer.


winhiip is very easy to use. when you have it installed and running, you will have to choose the ps2 hdd. you will see a "select drive" button. click it and a list of hdd will show. choose your ps2 hdd. once it's loaded, click "add image(s)" and choose the iso of the games. once you're done loading games, close winhiip, turn off the computer, remove the ps2 hdd, put the jumper back to master, and put the hdd back into the ps2.
