where can i buy the VIA VT6421 PCI SATA CARD?

i'm trying to flash my xbox 360 but i need a VIA VT6421 PCI SATA CARD to do it. my problem is that I live in Puerto Rico and i can't find it. I can find a PCI SATA CARD but not with that VIA VT6421 chipset. i know that neweeg.com has the card for $20 but with the shipping and handling the card is gonna cost me like $44 to $50. Does anyone know a website that I could buy it more cheaper?
