How can I boot SNES_HDD2.ELF off of HD Loader?

I want to know how i can get the snes hdd2 to be stored on the hard drive and be loaded up with HDL and show on the game list. Is it possible to have the roms stored and booted off the hard drive? Since i do not currently have a hard drive to test this with, help would be much appreciated.

I want to do this because a friend who's console isn't modded and is using the memory card exploit would really like to be able to play SNES emu. Since his console isn't modded it wouldn't be able to boot roms from a cd-r and would have to soley rely on the hard drive correct? I use the memory card exploit to boot keyloader to HD Loader from the memory card. I don't want to take the storing the roms on the memory card route because i have a rather large rom list. I am puzzled on how to make this work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
