3.40 OE issue

I was just wondering if the psx emulator works the same way on 3.40 oe as on the earlier oes, since my EBOOT.PBP files dont seem to work anymore (I was previously 3.02 oe-b). I have an eboot in the GAME folder in its own folder along with KEYS.BIN, but nothing. Is there some setting in the recovery menu that needs to be enabled/disabled etc. perhaps? (Incidentally, all my EBOOTs were originally converted by psxpsp rather than popstation).
Secondly, I have been trying to stream isos from computer to play on psp. Does anyone know the latest/easiest way to do so/ Any help would be much appreciated!

Not all psx games work on 3.40 well not the latest ones. UPgrade to 3.71 M33
