PTF theme and custom wave (cxmb): Possible?

Is there anyway to use PTF themes while at the same time running custom wave using cxmb 2.5?

I'm not sure if cxmb is a theme or something. But custom themes and .ptf themes can be put overtop each other. The ptf only takes the background and icons. So if u had the large original+, then the .ptf would look somewhat like that but the ptf icons would be there. (It's nowhere near perfect because the icons don't have that type of resolution needed).
