Key Cleaner 1.4v wont start!!!!!

I have psp on 1.50 and when i start key cleaner 1.4v it just says 'The game could not be started.(800200001)'

Could anyone give me a hand as my keys need sorted.thanks.

That was the first thing i did when i got the code cause at first i didnt have a UMD in, but when i tried it again i still got the code.

Id recommend updating to 3.52 M33 or 3.71 M33, is a lot easier to play games and change settings
