Where to get HD Combo installed?

I live in North Carolina and I am in dire need of someone who could install the HD Combo or a website where i can send my slim in to be fitted with it. I have no soldering experience except that time i tried to solder a modchip into a ps2 and fried it. So i obviously am not capable of doing this myself. If you could post links or information that would be greatly appreciated. PM me if you are a person in the NC area (Fayetteville would be very convenient) capable of doing so.

Edit: I have found one source for $60, is there any cheaper places? PM me me if you want to know since i don't know if the rules allow me to outright say.
