.avi to .mpg PROBLEMS with DELAY.

I use first VirutalDub. I open a .avi file.
Then i add filter. Text (a .sub file).
Saves the project and start "frameserver" and opens TMPGenc. Then i open the project in TMPGenc and choose output file. Then i start... Now to the problem. The movie is runnig all fine but it stopps very fast with a 5sec spaces. It´s like the movie goes to fast and must wait up...threw all movie. The other problem is that the .sub file who is synced with the avi file.. aint synced with the new created mpg file. plz? help me!
