Hi all, the names Jason. Ibeen on these forums for over 5 years ever since I was a kid and kept coming back from ps2s to xboxs I have been through modding them all so I am no newbie.
Anyways, my friend just sold me a psp at a good deal because he wanted to get the slim so I took the offer.
My question is, this guy has updated the firmware through sony and currently is using the 3.71 firmware update from sony. What would I exactly need to do in order to run homebrew and all the extra features these wonderful hackers are creating?
I been researching all nite and yesterday and I found some useful information about pandoras battery, new ms3 flash, hombrew, etc... Im sure I will find out how exactly to flash it, but I was just wondering if there are any good samaritans out there who could make my life easier.

HERE is an easy installer. you will need a psp with homebrew capabilities to make the battery however.
hi, that link does not work. Also, I been reading and reading and all I can find out information are about firmware 3.5 or less however, the psp I own is currently on sony firmware 3.71
Well.. some precautions when flashing it are not to turn it off or drop it.. You void your warranty by performing the mod... I'm not really sure what you're specificaly asking me here.
