Please helppppppppppp...

Unfortunately I didn't get to read any guide before I ran Paper Mario (US) on my PAL wii. After that I also ran Donkey Kong Barrel Blast (US). Now it's semi-bricked, and also 2 additional channels are added.

Please advise which PAL game will fix it for me (or any other better way)
They said that Mario Striker PAL will fix the semi-brick created by Paper Mario, but will it also fix the problem created by Donkey Kong?

Also someone please let me know what are the other PAL games that come with latest PAL firmware (what is the latest version anyway)? Installing of the latest firmware - will that create a new problem?

Much appreciated if someone can please help me out here...
