New problem??? BSOD on Wii

Ok... I have a NTSC Wii that is updated to the latest update. I also flashed my WiiKey to the 1.9B and used the new setup disc to make sure that the region override was still on.

I have Rockstar Games Presents Table Tennis (PAL) and I encountered a very peculiar problem:

1. The main channel screen recognizes the disc fine.
2. I click on the Disc channel and advance to the next screen
3. I click on Start

Up to here we're all good. After I click Start I get a Blue Screen of Death (when I can borrow a digital camera I will post a screen shot) and the game will not play. I have to do a complete shut down of the Wii in order to continue doing anything.

Other games NTSC and PAL work fine. I'm just curious as to whether this copy of Table Tennis is just corrupted or if it might be something else. (BTW, I'm using Verbatim DVD-R's (never ANY problems with them) and I burn everything @ 4x

Any comments would be most welcome.
