DUAL MONITOR ISSUE, HOW TO CHOOSE WHICH MONITOR TO RUN GAMES IN!!!!!!!!

Hi, I am running my pc with two monitors using the dualview setting, i am using a nvidia xfx 7600gt with a CRT 17 inch monitor and a 19 inch TV widescreen. I have a little problem... the thing is a like gaming a lot on my pc but I like to use the CRT monitor as my default monitor because sometimes I use the widescreen as a TV. But every time I want to game I have to switch the widescreen to be the primary monitor so all my games will run on the widescreen like bf2, is there any app i can use to choose which apps will run on which monitor... I have tried the nvidia desktop manager in the part of applications but it doesn't seem to work... If somebody knows how to use it please tell me
