where to get matrix programmer?

I have a solderless chameleon installed in my 1.1 xbox that I can't seem to flash. I've tried flashing with all sorts of CD-R's (I have a samsung dvd drive that reads them), CD-RWs, and DVDs. Nothing seems to work. My xbox never seems to flash and shut off. Thw screen will tell me the chip is flashing, but nothing ever seems to happen.

I'd like to try flashing my chip with a programmer but can't see to find an external programmer as easybuy2000 seems to be out of them.

Does anyone know of a vendor for a matrix programmer? Is there anyone in the boston, ma area who could help a guy out?
