So I'm burning backups like SSX Blur and the first one has DRE's during load times,then I tried again and it works fine. Then I try 2 more and they have DRE's like the first one.

I used NERO all burnt at 8X except for the 4th on burnt at 4X
Using Fujifilm 16X DVD-R
This is also the first time my disc's became weird because I burnt Metroid and Cooking Mama perfectly.

Anyone know why this might be? Or is it just my media is very inconsistent?

Yup it's your media. Use Verbatim 8X instead.
