I'll say. After waiting a year to buy a Wii and now owning one, I just don't see the big deal in the system and the games. Granted, a few of the games, like Zelda, the controllers work great. Most of the other games don't work well with the controllers. Take SSX Blur. I loved the previous SSX's, but using the controller to draw a heart on the screen to perform a move? Geez. How retarded is that? Half of the games out are sorry. Read the reviews. Half of them rate 6.0 and below. I wish they atleast had a decent controller for games like Super Paper Mario. Maybe for a 10 or 12 year old, the Wii is something special. I just don't see it. I've owned every Nintendo they made and this system is the worst. After I play Mario Galaxy, I'm selling and buying a PS3.

I have wanted to buy a PS3 initially, but ended up buying a Wii instead. Reason being that the games are interactive and it's a good form of workout, having to swing the Wii Remote in all directions.

I would say that it is a family entertainment console for all man and woman, boys and girls. Something fun and 'silly' at times to play with. So it all depends on what you are looking for. If you are looking for games with excellent graphics, then this is not a console that you should be looking at.

Yes, I agree with you. The only problem with the next generation consoles are the price. Now that I know the PS2 is extended for 2 more years and most of the new games are on there, I may just go back to it until I have enough money to buy a HD television.

I have royally screwed up my Wii anyway. A minor part broke on it, where the cable connected the dvd drive to the main board. I can fix it with some soldering, but it will take time.

Simmer down. Forums on here are for Discussions, not just asking questions on how to mod the Wii. I started talking about Wii games. I have a right to my opinions just like you.
