dbox2 few channels freezing

hi to all,is there any chance someone can tell me how to fix my channel freezing problem.it only seems to be on certain channels tryed to watch football in the week and channel 5,setanta1,itv4 and a few others are all of a sudden freezing to a degree where they are not watchable,have done a rescan and tryed to reset cams and still got same problem,has anyone else got it or can it be sorted,all the best and thanks.

Try changeing your ucodes mate swop them around till you find the best one
Also try your box direct to the wall remove all splitters and likes
Lets know ,Paul
Wot Box nokia or sagem
Have you tried the Blade images .....Paul

thanks for reply,havn`t tryed any reflash yet as duno how to do it although i have the images and software,leads etc,shal try them ucodes but they wont loose all me channels will they,cheers.
sorry nearly forgot its the nokia dbox2 with sportster image on bout 4yr old.

No mate it wont loose your channels like this
Make a note of how they are now ,just in case
If you deside to reflash

hi big dunc iv just paid £60 to get 2 boxs flashed but this guy sent them back saying the tuners had gone on the boxes one will not boot up but the other one will and gives me free view channnels like itv2 has the tuner gone or is this guy having my eyes out??

hiya bigdunc,have managed to sort mine mate,went on night out unplugged all leads and power then put it all together again and everything is fine must of been a bad connection or summat i duno but hey thanks for your time and advice your a good man,cheers.

Press the D-Box Key
Choose Service
Choose Software Update
Choose Expert Mode
Choose Read Single Partition Flash without Bootloader
A copy of your image gets written into the /tmp folder on the DBox2. You can then connect via your FTP Program and save it to your PC.
Lets know if you want to try this and ile go through it with you .............................Paul

hiya again my box wont pick any channels up,been away for a couple of weeks turned on when got home and its asking me to copy my services.xml and bouquet.xml or change to sportster 1.7 mode and do a scan,have changed the mode and scanned and still getting no channels and same message,any ideas,thanks
