What has happened to the Nero InCD downloads? They seem to have vanished off the net. I want to add InCD to my Pioneer 106 drive, particularly for DVD-RW and DVD+RW. I have Nero 6, but InCD is not included in the software. Any suggestions?

If you try to download InCD at that address and many other download sites, you will get the message "file not found". I finally did manage to find it at Nero's site, but it doesn't seem to work with either WinXP, DVD+RW, or the Pioneer A06 drive. I'm now trying to figure out which of those 3 is the problem. Is there supposed to be a new version coming?
