Hi,

If anyone wants to know the NME website is back up and running, the new chip is the NME V2.

Does anyone know a site that will be selling and shipping the NME V2 to the US. I can't seem to find any retailers of the chip online. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Also is it true that using this chip online with an origional game will NEVER get u banned off Live. It says that when a origional is used the chip goes into hibernation therefore M$ will not be able to detect it.

Unplug your ethernet cable when you use ur modchip and and then turn it off if your not using it and use live with originals BUT MAKE SURE YOUR CHIP IS OFF OR UR BANNED from live side note why not just flash your console its cheap and free or have

Isn't it true that flashing doesnt really protect you from going on live with a backup but rather the stealth on the disk that protects you from being caught? I think its safer to have a modchip with an on off switch because I can buy origionals and play them online whenever I want rather than risking having M$ figure out a way to detect the stealth disks. Unless there is no way for M$ to ever detect the stealth why would I risk being banned? This way I can burn the games that dont have live and use origionals for live games. Should I think otherwise?

your right on both things
but the modchip is better if you have Xbox 1 Backups
Firmware flash is better if you Backups on live
For Your Situation I would Go With a Modchip
"REMEMBER TO LEAVE YOUR ETHERNET CORD UNPLUGGED IF YOU HAVE YOUR MODCHIP ON AND MAKE SURE ITS OFF BEFORE YOU PLUG YOUR ETHERNET CORD BACK IN"

How do I turn off the chip? I'm sure there are different ways for different chips but what is one example of how to turn a chip off?
