Hi you my think that im some noob i just bay a PSP ver 2.3 but i dont no what i must do so i can download a game from the internet and play it on the psp!!! I have dawnload 3 games but i cant play it some of my friends told me that i must download some program on the psp

You need to downgrade your PSP to 1.50 then add custom firmware to play the games.

Update your PSP to official 2.71 firmware which you can get HERE.

Now create a new folder named UPDATE and drag the above downloaded EBOOT file into the UPDATE folder. Rename the EBOOT file to EBOOT.PBP

Now drag the UPDATE folder to /PSP/GAME folder on the PSP Memory Stick. Then go to Game Menu Memory Stick and run the 2.71 update.

After you have updated to 2.71 official firmware follow the instructions below.

You will need to find out if you have a TA-82/86 motherboard. To do this open the UMD Bay and look at the top right hand corner inside the bay and see if there is any text written on the motherboard...

If there is text there then go HERE and look under the section of -2.71 PSP (TA-82 or TA-86) and follow the guide to downgrade to 1.50 firmware.

If there is no text then go HERE and look under the section of -2.71 PSP and follow the guide to downgrade to 1.50 firmware.

After you have downgraded the PSP to 1.50 go HERE and install 3.52 M33-4 custom firmware which will allow you to play ISO/CSO game files from memory Stick.

After installing the 3,52 M33-4 custom firmware go HERE and follow the steps to get your ISO/CSO files working properly.
