Xbox Backup Creator Doesnt Work After Computer Reformat!!!!

I reformatted my computer and now xbox backup creator won't work

The message I get is:

Nero API is not available
ImgBurn executable not found
Getting media info [E]
Action: Get Alt PFI
Sense Error: 3 / 11 / 00
Unrecovered Read ERROR
CDB: READ DVD STRUCTURE

on top of this message it takes like 2 minutes for the program to boot up. and I cant hit the start button to read the disc.

i suppose this is a copy that you reinstalled after the format?
I had a problem with mine not ripping right after my last format when it was working perfect before. After i completed all my windows updates that i had previously it now works fine again.

Also is this the newest version 2.6?

I had a noninstalled copy of 2.5 that i used from a folder I backed up and then i deleted it and installed 2.6 from online

would xbox backup creator not let you click start? because for me its unclickable.

mine did all sorts of odd things. My problems were mainly that it would not rip a disc without a ton of errors. It could very well be that XBC uses some file that was present on your system before the format that is not there now. I would try doing all available windows updates. Then uninstall and reinstll the program. It may just fix itself like mine did.
