DBOX STUCK ON IMAGE INFO

hey guys, just flashed an image to dbox, loaded fine & then its frozen on the first screen where it just gives the image info, just b4 its going to load channels. its just not movin!! av i dun sumthing wrong?? can i flash another image?? on this screen it gives the ip address as 0.0.0.0, i cant enter that as its not recognised. i dont no where to begin!!
